These hoops are the same great quality you expect from Hipster Hoops, but are easier on your wallet. Each hoop has one spiral of gaffer and one spiral of vinyl tape. Please email me if your heart desires a color combination not shown. All Value Hoops are made with 3/4” tubing. We have 1/2” tubing available, so contact us if you would like to substitute 3/4” for 1/2”. There is a slight possibility that that tape colors chosen will be out of stock. We will let you know you before any substitutions are made. If ordering more than five hoops
